To avoid breakage or displacement of the threads, avoid opening the mouth widely, avoid eating apples, steak, or anything tough or requiring heavy chewing; You should also avoid strenuous activities such as running, jumping, weights, etc. for a couple of weeks. Avoid facial massages or facials for 1 month. Avoid ablative/needling procedures (Genius RF microneedling, microneedling, CO2 laser, PlasmaMD, etc) for at least 1 month.
